• Pavan currently a director in Nidharshana Technologies, an Arpitha company, where he has been instrumental in business development and manages client user experience and operations.
• He is also the COO of an EdTech start-up in Singapore called Ascend Now, which works on personalized academic and extracurricular education for K-12 students.
• He has created his own non-profit organization called UpgradeWale, which looks to enable SMEs in India by providing them with the latest technology and pricing/loyalty strategies.
• Former Goldman Sachs employee, Pavan worked in the securities division – focused on risk management of corporate action events in EMEA and the Asian Pacific regions.
• Graduated with Magna Cum Laude in Finance from Michigan State University and a CFA Level 2 candidate.
